I've been getting complaints about there being fantrolls that have nothing to do with the Midnight Crew being submitted. That, and there's too much Felt.

First off, NO FANTROLLS unless they have something to do with the Midnight Crew of Felt in a significant manner. I'd rather there be no fantrolls at all, really, but everything significantly Intermission related is allowed here, so I'm begrudgingly allowing it. JUST PLEASE READ THE RULES.

Also, I made this as more of an Intermission thing than strictly a Midnight Crew thing, but I was aiming it more toward the Midnight Crew, hence the name. I think maybe I should crack down on that a little bit. Please, make sure your Felt pictures are REALLY important before submitting them. I don't wanna have to make new rules.
